INITIAL FREE CONSULTATION.

Within 1 day of your initial approach to us we will contact you to arrange a free initial consultation meeting at your offices or on site to discuss all aspects of your project; time-scales and architectural fees. We will provide a written fee proposal which will be a fixed lump sum based on our declared fee scale and which we will not increase for the duration of the agreed services which we will provide for you.

DRAWINGS AND APPROVAL DOCUMENTS.

When we request your approval of design drawings we will leave you with one copy of the drawings for your records. When we submit any information to any organisation on your behalf we will leave you with one copy of the as submitted documents and drawings for your records. When we receive notices or correspondance from any organisation we will leave forward the original documents and will retain a copy for our records.

POSTAGE AND PRINTING.

We will pay all printing and postage costs involved in carrying out the above.
