Founded in 2006 to deliver high quality, affordable, professional, Architectural design services to HOME OWNERS, BUILDERS & SMALL DEVELOPERS in the Kent area.

Good design is collaborative.
We see our clients as part of our 'team' and their views are important and are listened to. Nothing is finalised without client consent and we offer advice, guidance and realistic achievable solutions. We establish your budget and work within it. We contact local planners and get an initial opinion which enables us to achieve a high rate of success with planning applications (although planning approval cannot be guaranteed).

We do not use stock plans or off the peg architectural solutions.
Our service is entirely about professional architectural design and is therefore individually tailored to your particular unique project and to optimising the benefits for you from using an Architect.  

We value our professional status.
We provide a bespoke design crafted to suit individual projects. Our staff are fully qualified to carry out design services on your behalf and you have the additional assurance that we are an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice providing services in accordance with the rigorous requirements of the scheme. We are fully insured and work in a fair and unbiased manner to the benefit of our clients with the added benefit that a professional body will monitor our performance giving you security and peace of mind.

Our fee structure is fully transparent.
We do not charge for an initial visit and consultation regarding your project. We will then confirm our fee quotation by letter or email and will only start work if our quotation is agreed. The fee quotation is always on an all - inclusive basis, with no hidden extras, and will only change if the scope of the works is changed with your full consent.

We aim to provide a Client focused professional service encompassing; Design, Planning, Building Regulations, Programming, Budgeting, and all aspects of the construction process from design to completion.
